Watch the movie to find this.
Pros: Sujoy Ghosh’s direction is remarkable. Jaideep displayed his skills very well. He, as a maths-genius, gave a fantastic performance. Likewise, Kareena is also a terrific actor, and she brought all her talent to the table. Here, Vijay Varma, as a police officer, presented a wonderful performance. He has been playing negative roles for quite a long time. So, it is refreshing to see him in a different mode in ‘Jaane Jaan’.
The duration of the movie is moderate (139 minutes), which makes the film tolerable to the viewers.
Cons: Certainly, a segment of viewers can find the similarities between ‘Drishyam’ and ‘Jaane Jaan’ – the way in which the alibis are presented to cover up the murder has a striking resemblance. Though the first half is slow, the second half of the film is relatively better, and there are some twists. However, the movie ends in an abrupt manner without providing answers to a few questions.
